Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase & only if they have not already been made.
  • Please contact us before you order if you have any questions


Returns:

  •  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • Since all items are made to order & there are so many custom options for you to choose from. We do not allow returns or exchanges.
  • Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully. Be sure you select the correct options for age and color.
  • We are here to answer any questions you have! Just send us an email. We won't know you have a question or concern if you don't ask :) 
  • Please contact us if you are unhappy with any part of your purchase. We, of course, want our customers to be completely satisfied and will be happy to work on a resolution.
  • No refund will be given for:
    • Orders that do not arrive on time
    • Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address
    • Custom orders (names, special colors, etc)
    • Items sent "return to sender" when we have not discussed a return
    • Items that have been used
    • Orders that were received days/weeks before you contacted us with an issue (see below)


If you are unhappy with your purchase, please message us within 2 days of receiving and we can discuss the options. Please do not return an item without emailing us first! contact us 

  • Please do not wait days or weeks to contact us about the refund. You must contact us right away to discuss refunds. After 2 days of delivery, No refund will be given. There are no exceptions to this rule. In our experience after 2 days, the items are often already used for an event and does not qualify for returns/exchanges.

 

Other Refund Details:

  • It is the buyers responsibility to read the item description & shop policies. It is unlikely a refund or exchange will be given simply because the buyer did not read the description of an item. Each item in my shop contains a very thorough description (sizes, colors, number of pieces, etc.). Please read before you purchase.
  • We cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed packages. No refunds will be given for packages that have been lost, stolen, or delayed. Please contact your local post office for details on lost, or delayed packages. Unfortunately, we have no other details besides what is available on your tracking number online. USPS should be able to provide you with more information.
  • No refunds will be given for orders not delivered on time. Please plan to order early or purchase a rush option to ensure your order arrives on time. Message us if you have any concerns about your order not arriving on time. We are here to help! I cannot be held responsible for orders which arrive after your event due to a last-minute order or inadequate shipping.
